为顺应水利水电行业对高素质、高技艺人才的需求，推进水利职业教育“规模化、集团化、连锁化”开展，10月25日，由重庆水利电力职业技术学院牵头，重庆水利水电职业教育集团成立大会暨第一次理事会举行。市水利局副巡视员廖代誉、市教委高教处处长蒋后强为集团授牌。

据悉，重庆水利水电职教集团以重庆水利电力职业技术学院为依托，包括科研院所、行业企事业单位、中高职院校等60家成员单位。集团以满足水利水电行业人才需求为效劳主旨，以资源共享、互惠共赢、共同开展为根本准绳，以教学科研和社会效劳为次要义务，经过成员单位间的全方位协作，推进职业院校围绕产业办专业，办好专业促产业，以协作共赢推进职业院校和行业企业等成员单位共同开展，将集团打形成为全市乃至全国水利水电行业职教品牌，为重庆经济社会开展提供愈加无力的人才支持和智力保证。
